NOTICE TO APPELLANT/COMPLAINANT: Your complaint will be investigated by the Ethics Committee in executive session. Be sure to include as much detail as you feel is necessary and appropriate for the Committee to consider as they will decide on what course of action to recommend based upon this written document. The Ethics Committee may, but is not required to invite witnesses to testify at the Committee to offer additional supplemental information only if the Committee decides they need additional information for clarification purposes. All Committee recommendations will be made in writing to the Board of Directors for final consideration and action. See CONFLICT RESOLUTION and ETHICS COMMITTEE sections of the Policies and Procedures Manual as well as the Bylaws for additional information.
