CONTRACT TERMS- This contract is between the parties (Client & Indigenous Doctor). Doctor agrees to perform the service as described. Client agrees to fulfill signing this contract and agrees to provide all info necessary to Doctor to complete services. In any event of a dispute client agrees to arbitration or trial via the ARNA Jural Society to resolve the matter. Doctor agrees to render service in a timely fashion as expected by AMA (Aboriginal Medical Association) policy and or agreement with the client. *
CONTRACT TERMS- This contract exists primarily between two  parties; The Client and Indigenous Doctor. Secondary contract exist between: The Indigenous Doctor, the Aboriginal Medical Association (AMA) ,and the Jural Society of ARNA(Aboriginal Republic of North America). This contract ensures: Privacy | Accountability | Legal Protection | Satisfaction *
CONTRACT TERMS- Privacy: All Client personal information is kept strictly confidential and only subject to share and review by Indigenous Doctors within our Aboriginal Medical Association(AMA). *
CONTRACT TERMS- Accountability: As Ministers of Health, All Indigenous Doctors Certified through AMA have a contractual relationship with the Jural Society of ARNA. Therefore accountability on good business practices by our Ministers, is regulated by our Ministry of Health Council and Jural Society. If there is a complaint for any unsatisfactory performance that is not resolved or corrected by your Minister of Health Indigenous Doctor please email arnajuralsociety@gmail.com with forward of this contract along with your complaint . *
