Psychic Fayre
Firstly we are glad you are thinking of joining us at our psychic fayre.

Please fill out this application form if you are interested in taking part in this event taking place at The Centre, Birchington on Thursday 14th of June 2018. Filling this form out does not guarantee you a space at the event. We work on a first come first served basis and we only allow a certain number of services at each event we do to make it fair. If you have been successful then we will contact you with payment details via email so please be sure your email address is correct and check your inbox regularly. Once you receive the payment email, you will have 5 working days to make the payment in full.

Before completing this form be sure to read the terms & conditions which can be found on the Psychic fayre events page on our website.

The Fayre will start at 6pm and go through until 10pm. Stall holders can arrive from 5pm to set up.

We have choices of table size 4ft and 8ft If you require the space for a beauty bed then you will need a 8ft space.
Tables & chairs are supplied for you and will have your business name on top of your table ready for you to set up when you arrive.

Psychic Fayre Terms & Conditions for traders or stall holders. 1.Table’s sizes are strictly 1210mm x 600 or 2420mm x 600mm (for a double table) depending on the size table that is agreed at the time of booking and is not changeable. 2.Doors will open to the public from 6pm sharp and stop admittance at 9.45pm 3.Every stall holder must agree to stay until 9pm or a decision to leave by the organiser has been made. Should stall holders pack up early and leave before this time they will not be allowed to return to future or associated events. 4.Height restriction for stalls and displays are 4’ unless prior arrangements have been made. 5.Electric Power points limited and are available on a first come first served basis by prior arrangement. 6.The stall holder and one helper only will be admitted for free and stall holders do not have the right to offer free admission. 7.The organiser will decide your table position. 8.Sales of inappropriate or offensive items are strictly prohibited. Stall holders will be asked to remove any such items. If you are unsure of anything please contact the organiser for guidance. 9.Stall holders will be allowed entrance from 5pm and must be set up and ready to trade from 6pm. Any stalls not arrived before 5.45pm will lose their slot and will not be entitled to a refund. 10.The venue or organisers accept no responsibility for products sold 11.All stall holders must be covered by their own public liability insurance. 12.The venue or organisers accept no liability for loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings during the event. 13.Only products are to be sold that are agreed before the event. 14.Violent or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. 15.The organisers reserve the right of entry to stall holders or visitors without explanation. 16.Organiser reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at short notice.17.All monies are non refundable
