Chromebook Check out Request FORM
Dear Harmony Parent/Guardian,
In the event of continued closure after April 6th, Harmony Public Schools is committed to helping students and their teachers continue learning outside of school. Students with no available technology devices for distance-learning may check out a Chromebook for their use at home. Because we have limited numbers of devices, we need you to submit this form if you need a Chromebook device for your children's distance learning. The limit for checkout is one device per Harmony family. Please submit your request as soon as possible as devices will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be able to get your Chromebook next week starting Monday, from March 31 to April 1, 2020, from 11 am to 1 pm. Please let us know if you really need a Chromebook to work at home.

2. Chromebook Request Form (for the ones need)
3. Chromebook Agreement FORM 2020 (Needed to check out a Chromebook)
The Chromebooks will be collected back after the school year is over.
