Attendance is required at all rehearsals and performances; students are expected to be prompt and
ready to play. Note that rehearsal time is very limited, and NVYO should be a priority. In cases of school performance conflicts, or other unavoidable issues please submit the absence/late arrival/early departure form in advance so sectionals and rehearsal plans can take attendance into account, and also so we know where you are. In case of acute illness please fill in the form as soon as possible. Students are expected to connect with the conductor, other section members, or a coach to make sure they know what they missed and are well prepared for the next rehearsal. (NOTE- if instrument access is the problem please plan to attend rehearsal, and contact the office so we can do our best to help resolve the issue!)  For 2025-26 students may have access to study video and coach assistance, but we will not have a  Zoom option.
