Wheels on Water Car Show Sponsorship Package
Event Overview
The Rotary Club proudly presents the Wheels on Water Car Show, an exciting event that will showcase a variety of classic and modern cars. The event is scheduled to take place on July 19th, 2024, 6-9pm at the Machine Shop grounds. We are inviting sponsors to join us in making this event a huge success. Your support will help us create a memorable experience for attendees while promoting your business to a wide audience.

How to Sponsor
To become a sponsor for the Wheels on Water Car Show, please complete the following sponsorship form and submit it along with your payment by the respective deadline for your chosen sponsorship level.

Gold Sponsorship - $1,000

Benefits:
  • Logo in a city-wide ROTARYFEST Program mailout to 30,000 homes, plus 5,000 programs distributed through outlets.
  • A 24'x24' space at the car show grounds. Car dealers can display two vehicles along with promotional paraphernalia.
  • Logo display on digital screens for the duration of the event.
  • Emcee acknowledgements during the event.
Deadline for Submission: June 5, 2024 for program; July 5, 2024 for all other benefits
Silver Sponsorship - $500
Benefits:
  • A 24'x24' space at the car show grounds. Car dealers can display two vehicles along with promotional paraphernalia. 
  • Other vendors are also invited to participate, with the exception of food and beverage businesses.
  • Logo display on digital screens for the duration of the event.
  • Emcee acknowledgements during the event.
Deadline for Submission: July 5, 2024
Bronze Sponsorship - $150
Benefits:
  • A double-sided coroplast sign (24"x16") with your logo, displayed at the car show.
  • Logo display on digital screens for the duration of the event.
  • Emcee acknowledgements during the event.

Chrome Sponsorship - $50
Benefits:
  • Logo display on digital screens for the duration of the event.
  • Emcee acknowledgements during the event.
