HRRA REFUND POLICY
If you withdraw using this form from any sweep program, Adult Novice or coached sculling within the first week of its schedule you may receive a full refund of program fees. You must withdraw in writing from a Learn-to-Row or Scull Clinic within the first 2 practice sessions to receive a full refund. After this grace period, refunds will not be given except for medical or emergency reasons that must be provided in writing and with accompanying paperwork (ie. note from doctor). In these cases refunds will be prorated.

Race Fees will be refunded only if the athlete informs the coach one week prior to the race.

Uniform and merchandise payments are due prior to ordering and are only refundable if the product is not received or if it is the wrong size/item due to our error.

All refunds are by check. Please allow up to 6 weeks for refunds.
