The retreat will be from May 24th - 26th, 2019 at Camp Luther. Please fill out this form ideally before May 17th. This year our theme is "Piecing it Together"! Please fill in the form so that we can better prepare for the upcoming retreat.

Regarding the Payment
Please pay upon arrival at Camp Luther. Do not donate extra - you will not receive a charitable receipt. If you cannot afford to come, or know someone who cannot, please see the Retreat coordinators below:

Suggested Fees:
- Adult/Teens: $75.00
- Children (ages 3-12): $45.00
- Children under 3: free

Please ensure you get value for your time and money!

In addition, it is possible to purchase through Interac e-Transfer by e-mail transfer to treasurer@pgimf.org with a note in the e-mail "for church retreat".

Please bring the following:

- Bedding or sleeping bags
- Pillows
- Blankets
- Towels
- Extra clothes.

Also recommended are
- Gym shoes
- Hiking boots
- Table games
- Cards, musical instruments, and outdoor games.

Please feel free to bring any arts or crafts with you that you have been meaning to start doing again. It’s an ideal time to try, and there will be plenty of free time.
