Erasmus+ seminar Vibrant Minds is for youth workers in the age group between 18 and 35 years.

The seminar will take place in Rijeka, Croatia, from 13th of April, until 19th of April (including 2 travel days - arrival on 13.04.2025. and departure on 19.04.2025.).

The "Vibrant Minds" seminar is an Erasmus+ project designed to bring together youth workers from diverse cultural backgrounds to explore innovative art practices that empower young people. The program will combine workshops, cultural visits, and collaborative projects aimed at enhancing participants' skills in using art as a transformative tool in youth engagement.

Topic: Focusing on "Art Practices in Working with Young People," this seminar will delve into
various artistic methods and explore how they can be effectively integrated into youth work. Participants will engage with local cultural institutions, learn from experienced practitioners, and develop practical skills to apply in their own contexts.

I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including: to prepare myself appropriately for the project; to complete all remote preparation work; to take part in the full duration of the project; to participate in the entire period of the youth exchange and engage in all the sessions; to participate in the whole dissemination of results and evaluation processes. I will obtain a health and a full travel insurance for the duration of the project, which is required by Erasmus+ Program Guide covering the following areas: wherever relevant, travel insurance (including damage or loss of luggage); third party liability (including, wherever appropriate, professional indemnity or insurance for responsibility); accident and serious illness (including permanent or temporary incapacity); death (including repatriation in case of projects carried out abroad). I understand that during the event it is strictly prohibited to smoke inside any room and I agree to pay a cleaning fee if my room will smell of smoke. I will also bear the costs of false alarm in case the smoke sensor turns the alarm on. I understand that I will be required to pay for the repair costs in case of broken doors, windows, furniture or other room equipment. I undertake the responsibility to notify the organizing team of any irregularities and problems related to my room immediately after my arrival. I, together with my roommate(s) assume full responsibility for the room I am accommodated in.
