Beyond Words is a volunteer-based not-for-profit initiative of The Biography Program, established in 2011 and we aim to provide a service at the highest standard possible. By providing your feedback we can be sure that we are doing well and we can identify areas for improvement. 

Your responses can be anonymous if you prefer to not give your name. Your responses may be used in reports for our project partners/sponsors, conferences, aged care journals or promotional material.
