McBride Music Together Registration Form Winter 2025-26 - Wed. 10am Class 
Welcome to the McBride Music community. We are so happy to have you joining us for Music Together class this semester!

This form is to register for the following class:
Winter 2025-26 semester (10 weeks)
Wednesday mornings, 11/19/2025 - 2/11/2026, with breaks for Thanksgiving and Christmas (see website)
10:00-10:45 a.m. class

In order to secure your family's spot, complete these two steps:
1. Fill out the registration form.
2. Pay the registration fee. There will be a link for you directly after you submit this form, and you will also receive an email with the payment link. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. The email you put in the first question is where you will receive your payment link and payment receipt!

If you will be bringing a sibling who is older than 9 months, they will receive discounted sibling tuition.
If you will be bringing a baby sibling (under 9 months), they attend class for free! Please still register them; I consider them part of the class and want to know their name!
