-No alcohol or drugs.
-No items that would conflict with the safety of attendees as determined by the Clare Area Chamber of Commerce.
*In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the Irish Festival Recipe Contest, I hereby release the sponsoring group connected with the Recipe Contest from all liability for all injuries or damages whatsoever arising from my participation in the Recipe Contest. Signature on application is responsible for making sure they know and understand the Recipe Contest rules.*
AGREEMENT AND WAIVER:
-Must be digitally signed to participate.
-I understand the requirements that were explained in this form.
-I waive the Clare Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Clare, their employees, volunteers, assigns, sponsors, and fellow -participant's from any liability due to injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during the Clare Irish Festival Recipe Contest.
-I agree that the Clare Area Chamber of Commerce may have full use of images and other promotional materials (photos, video, audio) to be taken for purposes of this Irish Festival and understand these may be included in the Chamber's printed and electronic social media for an undetermined amount of time as it may be used to promote future events.
