Bravery Package Applications
Cards for Bravery is a UK based charity which brightens the days of hospitalised and seriously ill children and their families.

Bravery Packages are personalised care packages we distribute to children and young people aged between 2-21 who are hospitalised or living with a long-term condition. These packages are tailored to the child's interests and they receive a box full of gifts to brighten their day and help keep them occupied whilst unwell, in hospital and/or receiving treatment. We also distribute packages to siblings of hospitalised or chronically ill children, so you can nominate a sibling to!

We aim to distribute 12 packages a year due to the expenses of each package. For the time being, we may not be able to cover all applications. Applicants will be chosen at random every month and will be contacted if chosen. Your application will stay on our list for 12 months (so you won't have to reapply until the end of the year) to give everyone a chance to receive a Bravery Package!

If you are not chosen to receive a bravery package you still have the option to receive a handmade card, please tick this box if this is something you would like.

All nominees must be UK based. 
Please note any applications with an postal address outside of the UK will not be acknowledged.
