If you are receiving an external scholarship, please complete this form and send any supporting documentation to the Scholarship Office at msu.scholarships@murraystate.edu or 500 Sparks Hall, Murray KY 42071. A separate form should be filled out for each external scholarship received. External scholarships do count toward student's overall financial aid package, therefore, MSU may adjust any current awards to account for external aid. A placeholder will be added to your account for the amount and terms indicated on this form.

External scholarships will not pay to student accounts until the funds are received and processed by the Murray State Bursar's Office. Once funds are received, placeholders will be removed and funds will be awarded to your student account. Please note that awards are disbursed according to specifications of provider. If none exist, awards are split evenly between semesters.
