● After the digital mock-up is approved, I will order the fabric to be printed. I will send you a photo of the fabric to approve before I cut into it. Then, I will proceed to cut, sew, and assemble the plush. I will send you a photo of the plush for your approval prior to shipping it out to you.
Requesting Edits
● Edits to the digital art stages (sketch, mock-up)
are covered under the "Requesting Edits" section of my regular TOS for digital goods.
● Edits may cost an additional fee if:
●
You request the edit after you have approved of the digital mockup
●
You request the edit after I have purchased the fabric for your commission
●
You request the edit after I have begun work on the plush for your commission
● Too many edits are requested
●
The edit is too major or requires significant work
Please Note
● The fabric for the plush is created by printing onto white fabric. Expect that the white of the fabric will still be visible in the final product, particularly: at the seams; at cut edges; on the wrong side (underside) of the fabric, which is not printed on at all; under the print, when the nap of the fabric is disturbed/is not laying flat. These areas of white are not considered flaws; they are simply part of the nature of the product.
● Due to the nature of the printing process, the printed artwork cannot match the digital artwork exactly. Artifacts or lines may appear at the edges of gradients and blocks of color, particularly on areas of black. This is visible in the example plush (black hair) if you look carefully. As this is an expected aspect of the print, no discounts or refunds will be given for these occurrences.
● Colors generally print darker on the fabric than they show on screen. (The colors you see on your screen may also differ from the colors I see on my screen.) As the artist, I automatically adjust my colors in my best attempt to compensate, but please understand that the print can still be unpredictable, and it is not possible to get a perfect color match.
● The digital mock-up is only a mock-up, and is my best estimate of what the plush may look like when finished. It is impossible for the finished plush to match the digital mock-up exactly.
● If your plush is looking a little ruffled, simply smooth it down by hand by brushing the fabric down with a finger.
● These plush are not toys, should not be given to children, and should not be treated roughly.
