Center for Community Arts and the Community Arts Foundation Scholarship Application (2018 - 2019)
Thank you for your interest in Center for Community Arts programs. Scholarship applications are accepted for quarterly arts classes, year-long arts programs, preschool, or private music lessons.

Center for Community Arts partner with Community Arts Foundation, the Clay Arts Guild, and other generous funders to offer financial aid for low and moderate income Contra Costa County residents. Scholarship awards cover a percentage of the class price dependent upon income.

Scholarship applications are accepted for quarterly arts classes, year-long arts programs, preschool, and private music lessons. Please review the following process to apply for a scholarship with Center for Community Arts. Applications for scholarships are available a month before registration opens for each quarter. Awards may vary from quarter to quarter, based on availability of funds. All application information will be kept confidential.

Please complete this form to apply for a scholarship to start the scholarship application process. In addition to completing this form, you are required to submit proof of income to Center for Community Arts.

Please note: In addition to completing this scholarship application and providing proof of income, select programs require additional steps. This includes preschool and private music lessons.

*This scholarship application does not cover recreation classes (non-arts classes). Community Arts Scholarships are for arts classes run by Center for Community Arts only. If you are not sure if the class that you would like to apply a scholarship to is run by Center for Community Arts, please call (925) 943-5846.
