Proposal To Host A National Event
Interested parties (members, vendors, etc.) are invited to use this form to submit a proposed venue for consideration as the destination for one of the Federation's National events.

Proposals are considered on a first come, first considered basis.

If your proposal to host a National event is accepted for further consideration, then a formal communication from Headquarters will be sent to your proposed venue to gather detailed information to further evaluate your proposal.

Brief specifications for each event are provided below.

NATIONAL FESTIVAL
Environment: Hotel, Resort, Airport, Convention Center
Target Dates: June after Father's Day  - not 4th of July weekend - up to 2nd weekend in August
Facility total room capacity: 200 rooms and up
Anticipated attendees: 300 guests
Event pickup pattern: Wed-Thur-Fri-Sat for total room nights of 250
Function space needs: 7,000 to 10,000 sq feet of clear span space in single room plus breakouts, board room and secure storage

USA KO DAN JA SHIM SA & MOMENT WITH THE MASTERS
Environment: Hotel, Resort, Camp, Retreat, Lodge  (prefer contact with nature if possible)
Target Dates: Fri to Fri  (Begin 2nd Fri in Nov)
Facility Room Capacity: varies by lodging configuration
Facility Guest Capacity: 125 up
Anticipated Attendees:  90 Fri-Sat-Sun then 50 Sun to Fri
Event pickup pattern: Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed-Thur-Fri
Function space needs: 2500 to 5000 sq feet
