2023-2024 Rumson Schools Anonymous School Threat Reporting Form

The process is designed for assessment of threats to harm others and is NOT intended for individuals who have threatened to harm only themselves or for reporting of HIB - Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying. 

For 24-hour crisis response specific to self-harm, families may contact Monmouth Medical Center (732-923-6999). 

There is also a Suicide Lifeline number (1-800-273-TALK) accessible anytime of day or night. 

With regard to HIB reporting, this procedure is not designed for imminent threats. Any concern for impending harm to other(s) should be reported directly to the Rumson Police Department (732-842-0500 or dial 911 for emergency). All reports made by use of this digital district form will notify administration only, with follow-up actions to occur during the next school day in-session. 

This form is intended to anonymously report a school threat, in accordance with New Jersey state guidance.
