RMS Schedule Change Request Form
Counselors will attempt to accommodate class change requests but schedule changes are not guaranteed due to availability of classes. Additionally, be aware that a class change may rearrange your entire schedule.

Teacher preference change requests cannot be made directly to counselors, requests must be approved and submitted to counselors by an administrator. Math, ACE, or support class change requests must be approved and submitted to counselors by your/your student’s current teacher.

NOTE: If a schedule change is made, it will be reflected in your/ your child's schedule in MiStar "Q" parent portal and student portal. Please check often for updates. If the schedule does not change within 48 hrs of your request, we were not able to make the change due to a scheduling conflict.
