This is the training registration form for Aquatic Core Methods Training. More information, including agenda, will be sent out in March and April 2019. Please complete registration at least one month prior to the training date, but register ASAP to ensure a spot in the desired training.
Project Leads and folks involved with AIM but not collecting field data (on their own) only need to attend the first 3.5 days (Monday - Thursday).
All field crew members and permanent staff collecting field data need to attend the full 6 days (Monday - Saturday). Exceptions can be made for BLM staff if needed, please contact Nicole Cappuccio (email@example.com) to discuss options.
Participants should come prepared to work 10 hour field days.
Training will require the completion of online training modules, with relevant modules dependent upon the role participants are playing in AIM implementation
Crew members from the same team should attend the same training!
Project leads should attend training every 2 years.
Logan, Utah, June 3rd-8th
Anchorage or Fairbanks, Alaska June 3rd-8th. Final location TBD by April. This training is only available for personnel working in Alaska.
Second priority: staff from contracting companies currently hiring AIM field crews for 2019 data collection.
Third priority: third parties wanting to know more about AIM field methods including contracting companies that are currently not hiring AIM crews or other agency personnel.
