Please fill the online form. After successful submission of the online form, a pdf copy of the filled in form will be available in your email box. Please take printout of the same therefrom and sign the form as well as declarations and also attach the following documents

 (i) A copy of High School certificate in support of age.

(ii) A copy of Certificate of Registration with Bar Council.

(iii) A copy of Identity card issued by Bar Association / Bar Council

(iv) Copies of Certificates in support of educational qualifications.

(v) Copies of empanelment with other Organizations.

(vi) Two recent passport size photographs.

(vii) Print out/hard copy of filled in online application form duly signed by Advocate.    

(viii) An undertaking from the advocate to the effect that all information furnished by him is correct.

Advocates shall send their two recent passport size photographs and certified copies of above credentials documents and certificates along with the duly signed hard copy of the online form submitted by them so as to reach ICAI latest by 22nd August 2022 to The Chief Legal Advisor, Legal Directorate, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Post Box No. 7100, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi- 110002.
