Thrive Volunteer Application Form 2025
Thank you for expressing interest in being an active part of Thrive Retreat Festival, from 29 December 2025 - 2 January 2026!

Please fill out the below form telling us a little bit about yourself and what magic you feel you can bring to this festival. We are very grateful for your interest and for offering your time and love towards creating something truly special at the end of the year. 

By filling in this form you are applying for a position as a volunteer. We have a limited number of volunteer tickets on offer and sadly cannot accommodate all requests. We will confirm applications by the end of August. 

Tasks 

This year we will have 2 types of volunteers. Ones who are able to come for set up & strike down and ones who will be supporting during the running of the festival. We are so excited to build an amazing team again and spend this time together making magic happen x 

As a volunteer you will be given a portfolio of tasks that you will be responsible for helping with either before, during or after the festival — all of which will be workshopped with you in advance according to your offered skillset. Beyond the tasks that you have committed to, we would love for you to fully partake in the festival and to enjoy your time with our Thrive family. 

Tickets

As a volunteer you will be offered a complimentary event ticket. Crew meals will be provided pre and post event for those who volunteer for those periods.

We are looking for a lead volunteer to support in managing each of the spaces below and leading the other volunteers as necessary. 

Spaces are: 
The Sun Temple (Main stage)
The Hive (Yoga stage)
The Nectar Garden (Food Zone)
The Honey Bee Cafe (Cafe)
The Sanctuary 
The Crew Camp
The Market 

Our lead volunteers are requested to be onsite on the 28th for final space decor touches and onboarding. 

As lead volunteers, all your meals will be covered as a thank you gift for your additional support x
