Participation type affects pricing! If you register as regular participant and later you cannot come here, you need to reregister as virtual participant and pay virtual participation fee.

Based on the suggestion from the editorial board of Web of Science in 2020 we have split the sections of one conference into four proceedings books of the conference. All are published also online for free in PDF so you may download them as well. The book price includes standard worldwide postage. Most authors do not need it at all as PDF book suffices in most cases nowadays. More copies may need individual price adjustments. Contact us if you need more copies or copies from other sections.

We will call or text you in URGENT cases ONLY (for example we need a revision of your article while you are not responding to our emails for few weeks). Include international code - start with + !!! Write your mobile number (if you have more mobiles, write the one with Whatsapp/Telegram/IMO/Viber if you use it). Separate more mobile numbers with a comma. If we will not be able to reach you (we usually try several times and even send sms, but telegram or whatsapp is faster and preferred), we do not consider possible results of that to be our responsibility. Please add our email address conf2024@iseic.cz in the address book and make sure such emails do not fall in the spam folder. You may enter more numbers (to your co-authors) in the comments section at the end of the form.

All participants will be able to download the proceedings book and the abstract book, both in PDF.

Choose preferred method of payment. This affects what sum and currency we will put on the invoice. Cash in Prague is not available this year due to Covid situation.

This answer is very important for us as it affects Value added tax and other accounting issues.

If you pay as a non VAT entity (usually a person who pays herself or himself or gets reimbursed) write only your name and country. If the invoice is paid by a VAT registered entity in the EU, then DO NOT write your name below, ONLY write institution name, address, ID number, VAT Tax number (important). We will mention your name on the invoice but not in the address field which belongs only to the institution's legal name.

Skip if you are the article's only author. You can update it later (and add co-authors). Mention full names of all co-authors (order: first, middle, last name), University/Company name, City, Country, Email address(es). Write Author 1:-----, Author 2:-----, Author 3:------, etc....

Surely can be changed later, just let us know. If you are sending more articles in multiple sections, let us know in email.

Here you may inform us about issues you consider important. Also, you may write here more phone numbers to make sure we reach you if we need to. Also, if you are a Ph.D. student from non EU university indicate if you ask for lower price, we will let you know based on review of your article if we can offer it to you. Remember the PhD student has to be the first author of the article.
