Welcome to the Business Exchange Association Executive Application Form! We are very excited to see what you can bring to our team. With our club, you are given the opportunity to work with a great group of individuals, meet students from all over the world and facilitate & promote exchange at the Alberta School of Business. Positions Available & Roles:

Vice President Events:
Suggest and organize new events, deriving a value-added purpose for each event. Develop a strategy for event-planning including estimating numbers in attendance, time needed to plan the event, location and venue, date and time. Work in collaboration with the Marketing portfolio to effectively promote events and reach and/or exceed estimated attendance numbers. Detail-oriented duties (i.e. decoration, logistics, time-management). Submit each event to the Students’ Union for approval.

Events Director:
Organize fun and educational events for exchange and local students during Welcome Weeks and throughout the semesters. Plan "Bon Voyage Luncheons" for outgoing exchange students (one per semester).

Marketing Director:
Design and print various marketing materials for our upcoming International Case Competition and other events; edit our website and post on our social media accounts.

External Director:
Contact companies for sponsorship (swag for our Case Competition, monetary funding and promo items), attend sponsorship meetings & networking events, develop and edit proposals/contracts for sponsors, and invite judges to our International Case Competition.

Academic Director:
Assist with organizing the logistics of our International Case Competition. Seek out a case partner involved with international business, and work with the company to develop and write the case. Conduct two Exchange Info Sessions (one per semester) to encourage Alberta School of Business students to go on an exchange.


Deadline: Sunday, September 22nd @ midnight
Interviews will be conducted September 24th - 27th according to the portfolio(s) you apply for.

Reminders:
- You are not required to have exchange experience or intend to go on an exchange to apply
- If you are doing an exchange in the winter semester, you can still apply!
