Our Library In-Reach program supports individuals and families experiencing housing instability or experiencing homelessness. Our services include case management, housing support, access point for coordinated entry system, benefit assistance, help with IDs and documents, connections to resources, and advocacy. If you have already spoken to outreach staff or visit the AHOPE day center regularly you do not need to submit a request. Speak with a staff member if your needs are not being met or have other concerns.
