**INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE
RETURNING MEMBERS (from Fall 2025):
  • Returning BSA members from Fall 2025 DO NOT have to fill out this form, so you are good to go!
  • We will be switching members around squads, so you will be placed in a different officer pair for Spring 2026.
  • You do NOT need to re-pay your dues IF you attained AT LEAST "ACTIVE" membership status in Fall 2025. If you did NOT achieve "ACTIVE" membership and would like to still be in BSA for Spring 2026, you MUST pay with the dues link on this form.
  • If you would like to switch your branch to a new one, fill out this form!
NEW MEMBERS (starting Spring 2026):
Once you have both filled out this form AND paid your dues, you will be added to the following platforms as an official member of BSA!
  1. A squad consisting of 2-3 officers with a GroupMe chat for communication purposes
  2. The "Point Tracker" tab of our Survival Guide to keep track of your points
  3. A Google Group for your specific branch you chose to receive emails from our team
