2024 Community Center Use and Needs Survey
In 2020 the Facilities and Maintenance Committee conducted a Community Center Use and Needs Survey to provide the Board of Directors with the following:
1. How often the Community Center is used.
2. What Activities and Special Events the Community Center being used for.
3. What parts of the facility need to be improved or replaced.
4. What new facilities, activities and events should be added.

The results of that survey have been to add the pickleball courts and to keep up our aggressive campaign to bring this 60+ year old campus up to current standards with new roofing, new paint colors, painting the interiors of all meeting and activity rooms, moving the exercise equipment to a new and larger room, and installing more efficient heating and cooling systems in most of the meeting rooms.

We are conducting the survey again, to include the opinions of the many new residents that have moved into Seven Oaks since 2020. As we did in the last survey, we also want to gauge the value of our existing clubs, scheduled activities and special events, as well as get your opinions about what other efforts we should make to provide such activities. We also want to know how the growing population of working households would like to be able to access outside of their working hours.

All responses will be kept strictly confidential. Only summary results for each category and item will be compiled and reported back to the community so that everyone understands what the general and majority viewpoints are.

This survey has two parts. The first part asks about your household’s use of the center. The second part asks about what changes if any you would like to see that would increase the use of the center.

Please take a few moments to answer the questions. The answers from this survey will guide the decisions of the board. Make sure your opinion is heard.

THE SURVEY SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY EACH RESIDENT

This survey will be open until June 15, 2024
