On 6th June, our Provincial Grand Master is setting out on a mission - to visit every Masonic hall in the Province using nothing but public transport and his Senior Citizen travel card.

No driver. No convoy. Just buses, trains, sheer determination, and Ann.

This incredible journey isn’t just for the love of timetables — it’s to raise funds for the Nottinghamshire 2029 Festival. And we need your support.

We're asking members and their lodges to sponsor this effort — every donation helps support our Festival challenge.

Everyone who makes a donation will have the chance to win a prize of a meal for 4 in the Corinthian Restaurant or a hamper by guessing the number of hours and minutes it takes to complete the task. As a helpful nudge the challenge will start at 9.30 am but time spent at each Centre will not count towards the total. Entries after 9.30am on the day will not be counted to ensure fairness, but the donation will still be thankfully received, and faithfully applied.
