Policy and Procedure:

This Form should only be used for posting cancellations or changing of fields due to weather. Clubs admins should be the only people completing forms. All posts must occur no later than three hours before scheduled kickoff. Please contact opponent and director as well at director@nhsoccerleague.com

It is the HOME TEAM'S responsibility to set up a reschedule within 72 hours.
