EXHALE RFP - Referral Form 

We will pay a one-time bonus of $200 to anyone who introduces us to a research team that meets both of the following criteria:

  1. The team is selected for an award from this RFP. A finalist is a team we select for a grant or contract for the EXHALE RFP.

  2.  The team has not already applied for the EXHALE RFP or previous funding rounds. A warm introduction is appreciated but not required.

The bonus is paid after awardees are selected and agreements are signed by both parties. Payments can be made via ACH transfer, PayPal, check, or Zelle.

Please ensure the team is aware of the referral and is willing for us to contact them.
