The Chelmsford Health
Department proudly hosts a Depression & Anxiety Support Group to provide
a safe space for individuals to give and receive peer-to-peer advice and seek
guidance from a licensed professional. This group is facilitated by the Chelmsford Health Department's Social Worker, Marissa Cameron.
Once this registration is complete, you will be added to our email distribution list that will send you reminders of upcoming sessions and any session changes. During the first session that you attend, the facilitator will provide you with a rules and guidelines forms as well as an emergency contact form for you to sign.

When: Every 4th Tuesday of the month
Where: Cabaret Room at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts (CCA)

Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm
The purpose of this group is to help individuals receive support from one another and gain tools that may help them along the way. Individual-based therapy will not be offered. If you are looking for immediate therapy, intensive care, or are suicidal and/or homicidal, please contact the following:
- 9-1-1 - Several surrounding communities, including Chelmsford, have a mental health clinician on duty during normal business hours.
- Vinfen's Mobile Crisis Stabilization Team - The Mobile Crisis Team can respond to you for an evaluation or over the phone. Their 24-hour crisis line is 866-388-2242.
- Text or Call 988 - This will connect a live agent to assist you in real-time.
