Formats
- Solo talk (15 mins)
- Lightning talk (5 mins, 5 slides, good for launch or demo)

Review process- Timeline: Applications open from Feb 14th-April 18th
- Criteria: Clear, thorough submission of each field on the application
- Decisions: Decision emails/telegrams will be sent on a rolling basis, by May 9th at the latest
