2018 Tailgater Team Registration
Calling all tailgater trendsetters! Come out and enter the Tailgater Team Challenge to see if the judges will shake their tail feather for your tailgater chicken wings!

This is a chicken wing and drumettes competition. Entry fee is $75/team for a maximum of 2 people per team, which includes entry for two into the Big Q plus 25 pounds of chicken wings/drumettes the morning of the competition. Sampling plates and napkins will be provided. All other barbecue equipment and supplies must be provided by the team.

Space is limited to the first 20 teams. The winning team receives a trophy, bragging rights plus a $250 prize!

Approximately 25 pounds of wings/drumettes will be supplied to each team the morning of the competition. The winner of this competition is determined by a panel of celebrity judges. Each team will sample out two pieces (wing/drumettes) or an approximate two (2) ounce portion for public tasting requiring a ticket be redeemed by guest. Tickets will be turned in at the end of the competition and will be counted. Registration includes a 10 ft. wide x 10 ft. space, admissions into the Big Q for the team. Team will need to supply their own table(s), chairs, tent and bbq grill. Power is not provided. Hot coal must be placed in coal buckets, provided, or removed by team at end of the competition. Teams must be in place no later than 10 am and ready to serve by 1 pm. Teams must stay in place until end of Big Q Awards Ceremony starting at 5 pm.

Waiver of Liability
With signature of this application, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Wine Country Big Q, Judy Groverman Walker, 4th District Agricultural Association, KCBS and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Wine Country Big Q or authorized agents to use any photographs, videos, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

All production rights, videotaping, photography or other method of capturing images or sound remain exclusively with Wine Country Big Q and it's agents.

I understand that there are a limited number of vendors able to participate in this event, and I understand that the sending of this application and payment does not guarantee my space into this event. You will be notified directly when your application, payment and insurance is received and accepted in this event. If for any reason your entry is not accepted your entry fee will be refunded within 30 days of this decision. An official copy of these terms shall be posted at all times on the event website (http://winecountrybigq.com) and may be updated from time to time without further notice.
