This is not a Formal Title IX Complaint. This is a form that is used to share information with the Title IX Coordinator about an incident that Dillard University should know about. You may complete this form anonymously. Dillard will do its best to stop problematic behavior without revealing your name or the alleged victim's identity. However, remaining anonymous is not possible in every matter as some situations require the complainant's or alleged victim's identity to fully investigate the matter and/or to enable a respondent to fully respond to allegations made against him or her.
