Creative Connections
DEADLINE TO APPLY - SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2017

Apply to be a Creative Connections Educator and collaborate with a Creative Connections Intern to help fill the arts curriculum gap that exists in many Orange County area schools and school districts.

Educators are:
Teaching or administrating in Orange County area schools
Working within schools receiving funding from Title 1 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act
Collaborative
Excellent communicators

Responsibilities are:
Describe a project that will support your classroom and curriculum goals
Collaborate with Intern to develop details, goals, schedule of project
Communicate effectively and regularly with Intern and Program Director
Review Intern lesson plans
Welcome Intern into K-12 classroom once a week or more, January-June, to implement project
Remain in classroom while Intern implements project
Support Intern by providing feedback, access to materials, resources and facilities
Liaise with school administration and parents

Please note, we do our best to match you, your interests and your project, with the needs and interests of Creative Connections Interns, but we may not be able to partner all educators with an intern.
