Thank you for your interest in participating in this year's Parade! Please complete and submit this brief form by July 19 to enable the FOHW Parade Committee to plan effectively. This year's FOHW theme is "Freedom Is The Place To Be" and we'd love to see this reflected in all entries. 

** All entries received after July 19 will be placed at the back of the parade and will not be on the voting ballot for the "Best in Show" parade contest.
