SAEOPP looks for contributors who are willing to share their expertise without expectation of payment and do so in the spirit of fostering networking and collegiality. An honorarium will not be presented to concurrent session speakers.
By submitting a proposed presentation, you agree to give SAEOPP permission to audiotape and videotape your session if so desired. SAEOPP will receive no compensation for future use of taped sessions without first receiving permission from the presenters.
Presenters will be notified no later than January 1, 2020 if they are (or are not) chosen so that presenters may have proper time to make travel arrangements. Proposals will be reviewed with an emphasis on quality, innovation and diversity. Concurrent workshops will be presented on Monday, February 3rd and Tuesday, February 4th at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia.

*** All selected presenters are expected to register for the conference as an attendee or vendor.
