TNR Trapping Request Form
Please fill this form out in its entirety if you wish for us to trap cats and kittens in your area. Please keep in mind, we will only be trapping one colony at a time and will be doing it on a waiting list basis.

Our organization will actively trap on your property, as well as provide transportation services up to the clinic to be spayed/neutered, Rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, flea treated, and ear-tipped. We will then hold the cat for the 24 hour recovery period and then return the cat back to your property. This program is only for feral/outdoor stray cats. All cats on the property will need to be trapped using a humane trap made for feral cats. We do help feral cats that are injured and will make it a priority to help those cats first.

Not only is our program preventing more litters from happening, but we are also helping to lower the spread of disease and make a happier community for all involved. We do require a $50 donation per cat to help cover the cost of transportation services. If you cannot afford this fee, please don't hesitate to reach out to us as we will work with you to help the cats you are caring for.

I understand that the cats/kittens trapped will be returned to location upon recovery. I have been informed that if the cats/kittens have a temperament conducive to adoption and  Furrever  & After Cat Sanctuary has approved fosters, they will be placed for adoption. I understand that I am willingly surrendering as I attest that these cats/kittens are community cats and are not my personal cats/kittens. I however do agree to continue to provide food, water, and shelter for these community cats. Once Upon a Feline TNR is a progam under Furrever & After Cat Sanctuary.  Furrever & After Cat Sanctuary is the primary funding body for this TNR program. Therefore, it is Furrever & After Cat Sanctuary with consultation of Once Upon a Feline TNR to determine if and when TNR will take place. I further understand that Once Upon a Feline TNR and Furrever & After Cat Sanctuary does not make promises that the trapped cats will be returned. I acknowledge that unforeseen complications can occur while in the care of the Veterinary Clinic and/or other variables that may  determine the outcome of TNR community cats.
