Jubilee Wharf Christmas Fair 2017 - Application for Stallholders

We love our Christmas Fair and the process of choosing the wonderful stallholders. Once again, it's time for us to get planning!

Stallholders are selected based on their work and not on a first-come-first-served basis. It is important to us that we have a good variety of work on offer at the Fair, and to keep things fresh we do try to bring in new stallholders whilst also encouraging familiar faces. This does mean that we make the difficult decision to turn down some of our loved regulars on some years, although we'd always encourage people to apply to return the following year.

In order to facilitate the selection process please email us 4 jpeg images of your work and let us know which is your favourite. If you are selected then this one will be used on our website Christmas Fair promotion page. Emails to admin@jubileewharf.co.uk. This is in addition to filling out the form below.

If you would like to share a stall with a friend please ask them to apply separately and to include their sharer's name on the application so we can link applications. If we haven't been informed of someone sharing with you we won't be able to accept them in the Fair. We strive to keep a well blended mix of stalls and disciplines and plan the layout of the stalls carefully. This helps to respect all stallholders.

We love them, don't get us wrong, however experience has shown it doesn't work well if stallholders bring their dogs. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends.

Whilst every effort will be made to place you in your required size, we may not be able to and will advise you of this if your application is successful. We do not provide tables. Prices include both days.
Do you have any special requirements?
E.g. Any accessibility requirements (nb Jubilee Wharf is a fully accessible building)
