A Communist Party is the ideologically, politically and organisationally advanced detachment of the proletariat, so every member needs to be trained and educated to the level of a Communist. We can only train and educate so many people at once, however, and every time we choose to bring someone into the organisation, we're also choosing to hold off on bringing in many others. Because of this, we have to make sure that each candidate we bring in is the best around at a given time and is likely the best able to contribute in our work to bring everyone else on board, and to be able to make that assessment, we first have to know them.

While we aren't yet a Communist Party we can only get there by acting like one, and because of this, we will only be recruiting in person for the foreseeable future.
