Accessibility Horror Story - Trouble with Me Podcast

Thank you for helping us with the podcast! We’re looking for accessibility horror stories of fellow disabled travelers. If that sounds familiar to you, we’d love to hear your most memorable ones.

Don’t worry if you’re not a storyteller, later on in the form you can find some key questions that will help you write a summary of your story in no time (10 to 25 lines). That’s all we need, as we’ll later adapt it so that it fits the podcast’s format. Nevertheless, if want to add your own flair to the story or a spice of dark humor, it will be most welcome.

If you’re in need of some inspiration you can write about problems with your mobility devices, communication issues, complications due to cultural misunderstandings on how disability is seen, inaccessible tourist attractions or means of transport that wrecked your trip, architectural barriers, being denied the entrance to a certain place that you really wanted to go, an unexpected accessibility feature that saved your day, etc.
