Our mission is to provide the LGBTQIA+ citizens of Ross County a safe, welcoming community. We aim to achieve this through diverse community events, advocacy efforts focusing on inclusion, and health equity education for community stakeholders and individuals.
This will be our 7th annual PRIDE Festival.

- Letter to Prospective Vendors

- Vendor Agreement
- Rules, Regulations, and Terms of Agreement
VENDOR FEES
Vendor fee for non-profit organizations is $50.00
Vendor fee for businesses/individuals/organizations selling merchandise is $75.00
Vendor fee for food sellers is $100.00 (all food vendors must have a food license)
This fee can be paid via check/money order or credit card. Payment directions can be found within this application.**
If you are an LGBTQIA+ person and need assistance in paying for all or part of the vendor fee, mark yourself as paying via "check/money order," submit this application, then send an email to
fcpceric@gmail.com. We can work something out. š
If you are already a 2026 Sponsor, and have completed the 2026 Sponsors form, you do not need to complete this form.Ā
**If you would like to become a Sponsor instead, vendor space at the festival is included in your sponsorship donation along with your logo on our official PRIDE tee (deadline to be on our tee is 5/8/26). Depending on your donation level, there are also other Sponsor incentives, such as free drag show passes.
