Tuesday, March 17

Unable to decide whether to take the "synchronous" or "asynchronous" route when transitioning to virtual teaching? Join Yitna Firdyiwek and Jason Bennet from A&S Learning Design and Technology for a collaborative brainstorming workshop on how to make the most of the shift to virtual teaching. After a quick overview of basics, our focus will turn to the two types of activities possible using Zoom & other tools, and then to the questions and concerns of participants. Colleagues with prior experience using Zoom or similar tools are especially invited to share their expertise.

These sessions will be held online in zoom.

Participants are encouraged to install and practice with zoom ahead of time, using the resources at https://teachingcontinuity.virginia.edu.
