Search Requests JAPAN

Through a search request, we look for this item during our purchasing trips with our lovely Japanese suppliers specialized in unique designer pieces.

 The request form is available until March 4.

Once submitted, we will send your request to our supplier in time, allowing them to keep an eye out and reserve items for us where possible. We will visit Japan and the suppliers from March 5th until March 19th. 

If we've found the item on your request, you will receive a video showing the condition and the price of the item. We ask for a response within two days. If you fall in love with the piece and agree with the condition and the price, full payment is required. You can find all the rules below.

Give us more detailed information about the item (for example: Double Flap Bag in Black Lambskin leather with golden hardware). 
Budget *
Which price are you willing to pay for the item? You only have to pay if you agree with our price and the condition. 
Condition *
What condition are you looking for (for example: good condition, few user signs, no big stains). 
Other important information
Let us know what a no-go is and if you have specific other wishes (for example: Chanel with an authenticity card). 
RULES
Sign Up

  • The search request form can be submitted until Wednesday, March 4

  • A search request does not guarantee that the item will be found

  • Due to the time difference in Japan, we may contact you at an unusual time

Did We Find Your Item?

  • If we find your dream item, we will contact you personally via WhatsApp

  • You will receive:

    • a video showing the condition

    • the price

  • Based on this information, you decide whether you would like to say yes to the item.

Decision & Payment

  • If you agree to the price and condition, the full payment is required

  • You have a maximum of 48 hours to respond.

  • If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the request will expire
    (due to temporary reservations with the supplier)

Shipping

  • We ship from the Netherlands, so there are no customs fees or import duties for you.

  • We will ship from March 23 and contact you via email about the shipment. 

Returns

  • Returns are not possible, because these are personal searched pieces. 

  • By giving your approval, you accept the condition as shown

Important

  • Items are often unique and limited in availability

  • Supplier reservations are temporary

  • If in doubt, we recommend not purchasing
