If you are a pet parent, or are considering becoming one, please join veterinarians from the new Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine of Rowan University for one or both of our upcoming sessions on choosing and caring for your pets!
These sessions are in person at the PAWS Farm Educational Center Community Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. Please note: these sessions do not include access to the rest of the property.

Secrets to a Comfortable Life: Understanding Your Pet's Nutritional Needs

In this session, learn how to assess, manage, and maintain your dog or cat's nutritional needs. Pet parents will learn how to choose activities and nutritional options to promote a healthy weight and ensure the long term comfort of their pets. This session includes a workshop to focus specifically on the dog or cat of attendees.

Home for the Holidays: Is this pet right for us?

Are you considering cozying up with a new pet this winter? Is Santa thinking about bringing a furry, feathered, or scaly present down the chimney? Do you have a new exotic or small pet? Before you bring a new pet home for the holidays this year, we want to help you pick the right fit for your family. This session is also appropriate for new exotic pet parents thinking: now what?
