Our client, Africa largest distribution network company that delivers an innovative route-to-market for the leading consumer goods producers in Africa is looking to hire direct sales associates urgently.

Job Summary:

To onboard and engage merchants across all categories. This role requires the ability to recruit a merchant who will use our app to record sales and inventory.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
• Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
• Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Candidates must
1) Have a degree beyond SSCE ( NYSC, HND, OND etc)
2) Be ready to resume immediately
3] Previous work experience is a plus
4) Computer literate is a plus
5) You are a strong networker & relationship builder
