🌟 Co-Produced Member Event Instructions

Start Here if you are a HERmosa Circle member who would like to co-host, co-produce, or organize a group networking or social event!

đź“… Important: This form should be submitted no earlier than 2 months prior to your proposed event date.

STEP 1: Complete this form

  • Fill out all required fields to share your event details.

  • In addition, please send a DM to @her_mosa_circle on Instagram to let us know you’ve submitted the form.

STEP 2: Business Strategy Director Review

  • The Business Strategy Director will review your form, circulate it to the Board for approval, and send you an email response. Please allow 48–72 hours for a reply.

STEP 3: Approval Notification

  • If your event is approved, you’ll receive an email and phone call confirmation from the Business Strategy Director. 

STEP 4: Next Steps for Approved Events

  • You’ll receive detailed instructions and expectations.

  • You are responsible for designing your event invitation to be shared with the Board for:

    • Instagram promotion

    • Newsletter inclusion

    • Member is responsible for managing all RSVPs (collecting names, confirmations, and guest details).

STEP 5: If Your Event is Not Approved

  • The most common reason for a “not approved” status is timing or scheduling conflicts.

  • We encourage you to:

    • Market your event via the HERmosa Circle newsletter which is sent out on the 1st and 15th every month.

    • Request Instagram story reshares for additional support
