Join Deanna Bartlett, Certified Trauma and Eating Disorder Informed Yoga Teacher and Full Spectrum Doula for an Outdoor Meditation and Yoga Practice at The Covered Bridge Blueberry Farm!
Come together in community to practice slowing down, taking up space, and exploring the innate wisdom of your body while being immersed in the beauty of summer in Underhill Vermont.
We will:
- Explore a guided meditation ON the river
- Take a silent and short walk from the water to a near by 'island'
- Move through a Gentle Yoga Practice amidst the sound of the water and natural summer ambiance
- Option to come early or stay after to pick your own blueberries!
All levels and experience are welcome!
Please bring with you a yoga mat and any props you like for your practice!
Don’t have a yoga mat? A beach towel works just great!
