Private Swim Lesson Request Form
Thank you for expressing interest in setting up private swim lessons for your son/daughter. Private lesson availability is on Sunday through Friday mornings. Private lessons are 30 mins in length. Please fill out ONE form per swimmer.


1. Complete all information on the form and click submit.
2. Non-members must enter and exit the club in a timely manner before and after lesson (approx. 15 minutes)
3. Please bring a towel, goggles and sunscreen to the swim lesson.

RFTC Cancellation Policy
Please notify the instructor at least 24 hours prior to the assigned/scheduled lesson in order to avoid being charged for the private lesson. Please exchange all contact information (Phone numbers and email addresses) with your assigned instructor to better assist communication needs.
