Your child is invited to join our St. Mary's Advanced Bell Choir with prior bell choir experience (5th Grade and up)!  
Complete this form for EACH child wishing to participate in Advance Bell Choir this year.

We will have two bell choirs again this year:
Beginner Bell Choir: Friday 4:00 - 4:45 PM
Advanced Bell Choir: Friday 5:00 - 5:45 PM
Both Bell Choirs will begin practice on Friday 8/16/2019.
Bell choirs will practice every Friday unless communicated otherwise.

* If your child would like to join PASE prior to Advanced Bell Choir, please register for PASE
* If your child is not joining PASE, your student should be picked up from the car line. A parent, guardian or authorized pick up may bring them back to the cafeteria for roll call with Mrs. Vanecek by 4:55 PM.
* Parents are responsible for checking in their students with Mrs. Vanecek, if not participating in PASE.

Though there is no financial charge to participate in Advanced Bell Choir, students remaining at 6:00PM will become a Drop-In and late pickup from PASE.
